33 killed in a campus massacre in US

Thirty Two students of virginia tech college have been killed in a massacre last night. A gunman enter in the campus and killed those people for no reason. He first shot the professor and the students. Students say he shot almost to all the students who were present in the class at the time. And at last the gunman killed himself too with his gun.
The gunman have already burst the gunfire before two hour of the incident and student have bitterly complained that there was no public announcement of that. If they got the news about that may be the masscare would not be happen they said. It have been reported initially that the gunman belongs to the same campus and his name is not yet released. According to the witnessses some student were jumping from the windows to survive when some locked themselves into the teachers room. A student have even recorded the incident with his mobile phone. It could be clearly heard the shouts of the people and the gunfire in the video.Few peoples of the University was also notified about the first fire by email according to the police.

United states files new cases over china.

The united states have filed two new cases against china this tuesday at WTO over copyright policy and restrictions on the sale of American movies, music and books. The cases were filed after a day after susan schwab(us trade representative) said they are losing billions of dollors annually from the unacceptably highly piracylevel in china. Chinese representative have expressed dissatisfaction at the us action.
One of the case contends about the copyright policy and trademark protection while other case argues that beijing has erected the illegal bariers to sale the movies, music and books from USA in china. Chiniese commerce ministry spokes man said that chinese government has always been in the firm in the intellectual property protection and have also attained significant achievements in this case.
China is one of the biggest source of illegally copied goods ranging from music,designer clothes, music to sporting goods but WTO's scope is only to inspect that whether beijing has taken enought actioni to stop intellectual property theft or not. These new cases are the latest move against china from Bush administration, which is because of the political anger over United States rapidly increasing trade deficit.

Uniting south asian countries

New Delhi have hosted to representatives of eight South Asian countries yesterday who were there to attend the 14th summit of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation. SAARC is consist of 8 countries. They are India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, the Maldives, Bangladesh and Afghanistan in SAARC. SAARC was established in 1985 with 7 country and the Afghanistan had joined it last year.

The two-day summit is being attended by Afghan President Hamid Karzai, Pakistan Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz,newly appointed Nepalese Prime Minister G P Koirala, Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapakse. Other representatives are Maldives President Maumoon Abdul Gayoom, Bangladesh Chief Advisor Fakhruddin Ahmed and Bhutan Prime Minister Khandu Wangchuk. They summit will be ended today. Iran have been named as a new observer of SAARC this year.

Beaten-up activists taken to prison after haulting out of hospital and

Zimbabwe, April 2:Those who were beaten up by police some days ago have been haulted from the hospital and taken to the prison.Doctors and opposition official said that they were taken to the prison from the private nursing homes where they were admitted. They were taken from the clinic at 11 pm of saturday night. They were now belived to be taken in Harare remand prison. Two of them are again admitted into the prison hospital and other are pushed to the prison directly. Paul Madzore, the MP for Glen View township, and Luke Tamborinyoka, a journalist from Zimbabwe’s banned Daily News are among those who've been arrested from hospital and pushed to the prison. Proposal for .xxx rejected.

A proposal for new domain extension .xxx has been voted out by the member of the net's addressing system after the seventh year of the idea that have been proposed. The backers of .xxx domain were disappointed by the decision. The idea was first came forward in 2001 and it had get approval in 2005 by ICANN. It is the third time that that the ICANN has rejected a bid for a domain.Board members said they were concerned that approval would put the agency into the position of a content regulator.
The final approval for the domain was scheduled to take place in December 2005 but this was delayed until May 2006 when the proposal was abruptly dropped over worries about how sites signing up to use .xxx would be policed.Read more in here.
