Getting education loan

My brother get loan from bank for his study recently. He is going US for his post graduate on computer engineering. He is a good guy, I hope he will do best in his study as always. I felt its really confusing and very complicated thing to get a loan from bank. We had to go in several places and submit so many of the documents at the whole process.
