Chinese representative have expressed dissatisfaction at the us action.
One of the case contends about the copyright policy and trademark protection while other case argues that beijing has erected the illegal bariers to sale the movies, music and books from USA in china. Chiniese commerce ministry spokes man said that chinese government has always been in the firm in the intellectual property protection and have also attained significant achievements in this case.
China is one of the biggest source of illegally copied goods ranging from music, designer clothes, music to sporting goods but WTO's scope is only to inspect that whether beijing has taken enought actioni to stop intellectual property theft or not. These new cases are the latest move against china from Bush administration, which is because of the political anger over United States rapidly increasing trade deficit.
